Are you an artist or arts organization residing in Evanston? You are eligible for the Cultural Fund Grant Program, which gives annual grants for special projects or programs that will enhance Evanston's arts community. Learn about the 2009 program and get technical assistance by Angela Allyn, who runs the Cultural Fund. The workshop will be held at the Noyes Cultural Arts Center in room 106 at 5:30pm TONIGHT. The workshop is free, of course.
