Clay sculptor Corinne D. Peterson's work will be on display at the Noyes Cultural Arts Center's first floor gallery. The exhibit, entitled "Between," opens November 20 and runs through January 12, 2009. Corinne's studio work draws upon forms found in nature and architecture.
Corinne also has an accomplished career in public art. Notably, she collaborated with fellow Chicago artist Juan Angel Chavez to create "Hopes and Dreams," a mosaic which spans the Red--Orange/Green Line transfer at the Roosevelt el stop.

The opening reception will be held this Sunday, November 23. You can meet Corinne and learn more about "Between" from 3pm to 5pm here at 927 Noyes St. Refreshments & snacks will be provided! The reception is free.
